Amiel Zwier
Amiel bridges the gap between traditional scoring and cutting-edge digital sound design. After classical training on piano during childhood and then jazz training with pianist Alan Zavod in his late teens, Amiel went on to study composition at the Victorian College the Arts for a year, and later attained a diploma in Audio Production at RMIT.
It was in his early 20's when he discovered electronic music, and began to experiment with putting the traditional sounds of the classics into a modern context.
Amiel got his first taste in writing music to picture when scoring a short film by Robert Mond (producer for channel 9). After that he decided to pursue it as a career and has since collaborated with numerous directors, producers and animators on a variety of projects. For a full list of works click here.

Amiel has a wide range of industry standard production equipment and software packages that allows him to deliver professional quality music production directly from his home studio.
Running logic studio with a huge selection of high quality audio plugins, samples, software instruments and outboard gear, Amiel produces stunning sounds straight out of the box.
With a number of professional studio microphones and recording gear, Amiel is able to record his own music or sound effects without needing to go to another studio.
